Wireless DARs Many of the Digital Audio Receivers (DARs) mentioned in the Ethernet Digital Audio Receiver section can be upgraded for wireless networking. Still other DARs have built-in wireless capability but cannot be connected to a wired Ethernet. The functionality is the same as described in the Ethernet DAR section, but a huge advantage of this class of DAR is extreme portability, especially for units that include amplification and speakers all in the same box.
